In February 2026, AEE members embarked on a transformative Sustainable Exploration Journey through Ecuador and Peru, exploring the intersection of engineering, sustainability, conservation, and cultural exchange.

From the biodiversity of the Galápagos Islands and the Amazon Rainforest to the historic and engineering achievements of Machu Picchu and Cusco, participants experienced firsthand how environmental stewardship, resilient infrastructure, and sustainable practices shape communities around the world.
