Investing In People & Communities

Our international team works with agencies, governments, NGOs, and local businesses to create programs that support professional and sustainable workforce development and capacity building. AEE has enriched local communities and expanded opportunities for energy professionals for over 20 years in over 20 countries.

Global Sustainable Development

Mission

Our work to support a clean and sustainable energy future means developing the potential in the local workforce, creating leaders, and connecting existing professionals.

Support

We provide education, training, and certification programs globally and make them sustainable by supplying them with the necessary support and resources to build capacity.

Networking

Over 100 AEE Chapters and training partners are the “go-to” organization for all energy-related matters in their country, region, or local community.

Capacity Building Highlights

Through Train-the-Trainer programs and AEE Chapter development, we help build capacity and ensure individuals in the region gain access to training long after the initial program is complete.
