AEE Education Website
On AEE Education, enter your User Name and Password and click Log In. If you have already logged in from www.aeecenter.org, you do not need to log in again.
When you locate the training you wish to take, click its “Register” button. You must be logged in to register for and pay for training. The system will prompt you to log in if needed. Input the necessary registration and payment information to complete registration. You will receive an email confirmation of your transaction.
After logging into AEE Education (or AEE home page), you will see “My Dashboard” in the top menu. All trainings you have registered for will appear on this page. You can use the filter feature to narrow the results.
In your profile, there is a section called “Interest in Categories.” These options mirror categories in the training catalog. All the products populated on your “Recommended For You” menu selection are selected based on the categories you selected in your profile (0 = low level of interest; 5 = high level of interest).
AEE’s online courses are typically scheduled for 2-3 hours per day for 2-5 days, whereas AEE’s live training courses are typically 6-8 hours per day for 2-5 days, with the certification exam scheduled on-site on the final day (separate fee and registration for exam). Online training attendees who wish to take the certification exam may take the exam through remote proctoring.
The online course is shorter, more consolidated, and delivered at a faster pace than the live course, but will cover the same topics in preparation for the certification exam [if applicable].
Participants of the online training will receive access to electronic copies of any course materials whereas those who attend live trainings will receive a physical copy of the course materials.
Online training is live with an instructor and consistent participation is required to qualify for the allotted training credits. The course will be recorded and available to review for up to 6 months following the training.
Each online training has an enrollment limit set by each individual instructor. These limits are put in place to ensure the quality of the online experience is kept as well as encourage interaction between the participants and instructor. Registration for online trainings will close once capacity has been reached. Early registration is highly recommended.
Once a participant’s registration has been processed, that person can find their purchased courses in AEE Education through “My Dashboard.” Registrations are typically processed within one business day. Participants will receive an email once their registration has been processed and they can access the training.
Participants receive access to any course materials the instructor has provided once their registration has been processed. If there are materials, they will be listed under the Training Materials tab of their course. This tab is only enabled for individuals that have purchased the online training course.
Each session of online trainings is recorded and made available to participants once the training program ends. Participants can access these recordings through My Dashboard in AEE Education. These recordings are available for six months. Access cannot be extended.
The recorded sessions are available for six months. We will not be able to extend access.
