Kennesaw State University March Chapter Meeting

Alex Wild and Meredith Linch from Georgia Power visited Kennesaw State University for the AEE KSU chapter’s March meeting. Alex and Meredith came together to discuss the roles they play at Georgia Power and the daily issues they encounter in the energy resources industry. They gave an overview to environmental utilities and even discussed how the August 21, 2017 solar eclipse affected their energy capture. This presentation included various career snapshots ranging from management, administration, financial and engineering which drew in a large crowd as it related to many of the students’ majors.
