Central Illinois Chapter Tour of Louisville Slugger Facility

The Central Illinois Chapter of AEE held a membership luncheon on March 26, 2019 at the Louisville Slugger Facility in Peoria, IL.  Membership heard about the Energy efficiency upgrades and details of the facility functions.  We were provided a tour  as well! 

The Louisville Slugger Sports Complex features a 125,000 square foot dome and 10 synthetic turf bat & ball fields, including a 1300 seat stadium. The complex is available for tournaments, leagues, clinics, showcases and events across multiple sports. The complex can accommodate trade shows and exhibits for both sporting and nonsporting events. LSSC is located within a mile of five high quality hotels, a shopping mall, movie multiplex with travel less that 10 minutes from the Peoria International Airport. Wireless internet is available throughout the complex and concessions are available at each outdoor field. We offer a full service restaurant in our Suite Fire Bar + Grille in addition to a retail Team Store.
