JU AEE Student Chapter Members Meeting

The student chapter at the University of Jordan held a members meeting on campus on April 20th 2017. The meeting was organized by JU AEE board members and attended by the faculty advisor, Dr Osama Ayadi, and special guest Architect Hanna Salameh. The members received their AEE membership packages and took pictures with the faculty advisor and the student Mentor, and Ms Hala Hammad, Chapter president handed over an AEE pin as well to each person.

The Student Chapter also handed over certificates for their special course that was organized by the AEE Student Chapter and delivered by the talented Architect Hanna Salameh. The twelve hour course about green buildings was a remarkable experience that added value to the students’ knowledge and skills in this sector.

The JU AEE student chapter remains one of the most active chapters in Jordan with continuous activities every month. Two of the students took AEE courses and passed the exams; Saleem Abdo, EMIT, and Thabet AlQaisi, REPIT are the first students in Jordan to take these courses and pass the exams.

The event was also attended by the university press office, and will be reported at the university newspaper and the local newspapers as well.
