Sridhar Pathipaka is the National Energy Manager at Canadian Blood Services, where he leads energy and environmental sustainability through carbon reduction initiatives across a network of 60+ facilities nationwide. With extensive experience in sustainable building systems, Sridhar integrates energy efficiency into operational strategies, capital projects, and organizational culture. He has spearheaded the national energy program at Canadian Blood Services with strategies including system optimization, waste heat recovery, low-carbon electrification, and renewable energy.
A passionate advocate for professional collaboration and learning, Sridhar engages with multiple industry programs including AEE, CIPEC, and SEM Cohort. His leadership continues to drive measurable energy performance improvements and foster a culture of sustainability within Canada's essential health sector.
