KSU AEE Officers Volunteer for Sustainability Event During KSU Move-In

The Association of Energy Engineers 2018 – 2019 KSU Chapter President, Adam Minor, and Secretary, Addie Thornton, were on a sustainable mission during the KSU Marietta campus move in! On Saturday, August 11th, Adam and Addie partnered with the Office of Campus Planning & Sustainability to volunteer their time to help break down cardboard boxes and collect aluminum cans, plastic bottles and paper for recycling. One of the AEE KSU Chapter’s initiatives is to educate its members on sustainable actions, so there is no doubt that Adam and Addie made this initiative a reality by helping prevent these recyclable materials from ending up in landfills.
