Association of Energy Engineers Announces Strategic Partnership with Energy Efficiency Movement

The Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) is pleased to announce a strategic partnership with the Energy Efficiency Movement aimed at accelerating the adoption of sustainable energy practices globally. This agreement was signed during the 9th Global Energy Conference of the International Energy Agency (IEA) in Nairobi, Kenya, on May 21, 2024.

The partnership brings together the strengths, expertise, and networks of both organizations to enhance energy efficiency, reduce carbon footprints, and promote a cleaner and more sustainable energy future.

AEE is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving their members and other industry professionals who are working to improve energy efficiency to save energy, reduce GHGs, make buildings perform better, and help reach global goals for net-zero. AEE has extensive training and certification programs which help industry professionals stay at the forefront of their fields, expand into new areas, and gain recognition for their technical knowledge and industry expertise.

The Energy Efficiency Movement is an independent non-profit organization promoting the use of energy-efficient solutions to save energy, reduce costs and CO2 emissions. They serve as a voice of industry on energy efficiency. The Energy Efficiency Movement believes that by sharing knowledge, adopting available energy-efficient technologies and making smart investments, energy efficiency can be optimized, accelerating progress toward a decarbonized future for all.

Through this strategic partnership, AEE and the Energy Efficiency Movement will collaborate to amplify their efforts in promoting energy efficiency initiatives, driving progress toward a decarbonized future, and supporting the goals of the Paris Agreement.
