The Educational Training Provider (ETP) model allows higher education institutions (community colleges and 4-year institutions) to offer AEE’s training courses in a sustainable, multi-year approach to their students, faculty, and staff.
In most cases, the higher education institutions would present the training materials as semester long courses that will earn the student degree hours, and the final examination is AEE’s remote proctored exam, with the results indicating if the student earns an AEE Certification.
The ETP model would allow higher education institutions to subsidize the cost of the training and certifications for their students through alternative funding channels, such as federal, state and local grants or funding and/or donations from benefactors.
