Lu cannot change your account, take payments or register you for courses, but it can show you where to go and what you’ll need.

• Your account or payments. Lu can’t see your account, so our team can help with your membership status, certification dates or payments.
• Technical, legal or regulatory advice. Lu can point you to AEE’s technical resources, but it doesn’t replace a qualified professional.
