Why use Lu

Available 24/7. Get answers when it suits you, in any time zone.
Built on AEE’s information. Lu answers from our own resources, not the open internet.

A real person is always an option. Lu can point you to the right team at any time.

Please note: Lu is an AI assistant and can make mistakes. Its answers are for general information only. Before acting on anything with a fee or deadline, such as an application, exam booking or renewal, please confirm with our team or your Training Partner. If Lu’s answer differs from AEE’s official documentation, the official documentation applies.

What types of things can I ask Lu?

Lu can answer your questions and point you to the right page or team for:

Certifications: requirements, application process, exams and remote proctoring, renewals and credits, and reinstatement
Training: registration, course access, PDH and CEU credits, certificates of completion, transfers/cancellation/refund policies, and group or private training
Membership: membership types and benefits, dues, student and young professional rates, eLibrary, technical journals, webinars, and renewals
Conferences and events: dates and locations, registration details, agendas, and exhibiting and sponsorship opportunities for AEE’s conferences worldwide.
Your account: logging in, resetting a password, and finding your way around the member portal.
International support: certification and Training Partners in your country, and the right team for your region.

Lu cannot change your account, take payments or register you for courses, but it can show you where to go and what you’ll need.

When is a person the better choice?

Lu is a great place to start. For specific questions, our team is the best resource:

Whether you qualify for a certification. Lu can explain the requirements. Our certification team, or your Training Partner outside the U.S., will review your background.
Your account or payments. Lu can’t see your account, so our team can help with your membership status, certification dates or payments.
Technical, legal or regulatory advice. Lu can point you to AEE’s technical resources, but it doesn’t replace a qualified professional.
