Nearly one year after implementation of the latest OBBBA updates, the U.S. tax incentive landscape continues to evolve, creating both opportunities and challenges for taxpayers. This presentation will highlight key provisions, including §179D for commercial building energy efficiency, Section 174A for R&E expenditures, and energy credits under Sections 48 and 45. Attendees will also explore emerging considerations such as domestic content requirements, FEOC material assistance rules, Section 168(k) bonus depreciation, and the new Section 70307 Qualified Production Property (QPP). Designed for tax professionals, engineers, and industry stakeholders, the session offers practical guidance and strategic insights to help organizations maximize incentives in a changing regulatory environment.

In this webinar, we’ll move beyond simplifying complex ideas and focus on what truly changes minds: storytelling. Energy professionals often deliver accurate information, but accuracy alone rarely shifts perspective or inspires action. This session explores why stories are hard‑wired into how people listen, remember, decide, and how great communicators use them to drive impact in business settings. Participants will learn the five essentials of a memorable story, why storytelling matters when communicating with executives and stakeholders, and a powerful storytelling technique most leaders overlook. Attendees will leave equipped to make their messages not just heard, but remembered.

Artificial Intelligence is generating plenty of buzz, leaving many Measurement and Verification (M&V) professionals wondering whether it threatens their role or enhances it. This webinar offers a practical look at how machine learning is already supporting M&V 2.0 by handling tedious data processing while leaving critical judgment to human experts. We’ll demonstrate how modern tools use AI to streamline data cleansing, align intervals, optimize balance points, and flag potential Non‑Routine Events. You’ll see exactly where AI adds value—and where your engineering expertise remains essential. Join us to learn how to spend less time formatting data and more time delivering meaningful building performance insights.
