Sustainability and Net Zero Expert.
Ryan is an energy management expert with experience in energy auditing, financial analysis, and delivering portfolio scale energy efficiency projects.
Over the past 18 years, he has led award-winning, multimillion-dollar sustainability initiatives across Australia’s built environment sector, working with corporations, utilities, and government organizations in Australia and Germany.
He has served on the board of the Energy Efficiency Council (EEC), with his company Websters Group highly commended in the National Energy Efficiency awards.
Along with his technical expertise, Ryan brings strong leadership and project management skills, with a focus on driving collaboration and delivering outcomes aligned with an energy efficient net zero future.

- Must be an AEE member
- Actively contribute to reducing energy consumption
- Lead or participate in sustainability initiatives (e.g., recycling programs, renewable energy projects)
- Serve as a role model by promoting sustainable practices and implementing improvements that reduce environmental impact
