Nicole Harris joined AEE in 2025 and manages AEE’s Award and Recognition Programs, overseeing day-to-day membership administration, and providing exceptional customer service to members. She is dedicated to creating meaningful connections within the AEE community and ensuring a seamless experience for all members.

Nicole holds a Master of Science in Industrial Organization Psychology, which equips her with a strong foundation for understanding and enhancing organizational dynamics and member engagement.

Passionate about helping people, Nicole thrives on making a positive impact both within and outside of her professional life. When she’s not at work, she enjoys staying active by going to the gym and taking peaceful walks in the park.
