Keiko Pun leads ESG initiatives at Knight Frank across Greater China, where she plays a central role in helping investors, landlords, and occupiers embed sustainability principles throughout the entire property lifecycle—from acquisition and development to operations and asset management. With more than seven years of specialized experience in sustainability and ESG advisory, she has supported a wide range of listed corporations, multinational companies, and alternative asset managers in strengthening their ESG performance. Her work includes developing tailored sustainability frameworks, guiding strategic disclosures, and designing practical decarbonization pathways that align with both regulatory expectations and global best practices.
Keiko’s expertise extends across multi‑asset portfolio sustainability integration, including the development of ESG roadmaps, materiality assessments, ESG data governance, and performance benchmarking. She is highly experienced in international and local sustainability and climate reporting standards such as HKEX, GRI, SFDR, TCFD, and related compliance frameworks, enabling clients to meet rising disclosure requirements with confidence and transparency. She has also contributed to stakeholder engagement for complex, large‑scale infrastructure and property development projects, ensuring that sustainability considerations are embedded in project planning, risk assessment, and long‑term strategic decision‑making.
Keiko is also actively involved in industry events, workshops, and collaborative sustainability forums.
