A licensed professional engineer and certified building energy modeling professional with over 15 years of energy efficiency consulting experience, Kristin leads a team of dedicated building specialists including Professional Engineers, HERS raters, energy modelers, and site visitors to ensure each energy efficiency project achieves the maximum potential.

Kristin has participated in working groups and served as an advisor for the National Renewable Energy Laboratory which helped formulate recommendations presented to Congress on enhancements to improve the effectiveness of energy efficiency incentives.

She has also written numerous articles on energy efficiency and has authored an ASHRAE course on energy conservation in buildings. She frequently presents at conferences and seminars on the subject of energy efficiency.

Kristin is currently serving as President of the Pacific Northwest chapter of the Association of Energy Engineers and serves on the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) Building Energy Modeling Professional Certification (BEMP) Examination Committee.
