公共系统管理部 IISWBM, India’s first management education institute, provides training in the energy management area, focusing on management techniques, renewable and energy efficiency technologies – since 1991.  IISWBM currently offers CEM training and certification program in India and various management programs including two-year full-time Master in Business Administration – Public Systems with specialization in Energy Management （MBA-PS - 能源管理）.

MBA-PS - 能源管理 该学院的学位课程是目前AEE批准的美国以外唯一的学位课程，作为CEM国际考试的预备课程。
