Cara is a Senior Director at RWE Clean Energy, where she leads portfolio management, budgeting, and contract negotiations for community solar assets, building on a career that spans natural gas supply and marketing at Con Edison, demand response and retail energy business development, and strategic initiatives that helped launch Con Edison Solutions and the company’s distributed solar business.
She holds a BS in Finance from the University of Missouri and an MBA from Fordham, and currently serves as Co-Chair of CWEEL’s Governing Council, where she works to expand programming and access for women pursuing careers in energy, encouraging them to reflect on what fulfills them and to lead their own lives with curiosity and adaptability.
