A Message from AEE

Since its founding in 1977, AEE has played a pivotal role in shaping the energy landscape. For more than four decades, we have led global efforts in energy efficiency, sustainability, and the transition to a clean energy future. Our vision, “Leading the global energy community to provide solutions for an efficient, affordable, reliable, and sustainable energy future,” reflects our commitment to innovation and collaboration. Two of our core values, We Value People First and We Are a Global Family, remind us that our greatest strength lies in the connections we foster and the lives we impact. 

We remain strongly committed to our values and vision as we continue to support energy professionals and organizations navigating the evolving industry landscape. Our goal is to connect you with leading energy organizations and professionals while keeping you informed with the latest clean energy insights. 

In light of recent news surrounding DOE and USAID, we want to extend our support to energy professionals who have been displaced or are in transition. Current AEE members can access the AEE Career Hub and are encouraged to post their resumes to increase visibility across our global network. Additionally, federal workers who have been displaced and are not current AEE members can apply for a complimentary one-year membership, which includes access to the Career Hub and our full suite of member benefits.
