Eng.  Aiman  A.  Al  Sakka,  B.Sc.  Electrical  Engineering,  is the  CEO of TARSHEED for  Energy  and Engineering Consultation Co.  Ltd.  founded  in  1997,  as  a  dynamic  company  in  the  Egyptian Market for energy consultation services, auditing, training and management activities. TARSHEED is the Local Partner of the Association of Energy Engineers “AEE” – USA – since 2001 and Eng. Aiman   is  certified  by  the  AEE as  a  Local  Instructor  for  the  Certified Energy Manager  “CEM” and Certified Energy Auditor “CEA” Courses since 2001. Eng.  Aiman  is  an Energy  Management  and  Auditing  Instructor  for  the Regional  Center for Renewable  Energy  and  Energy  Efficiency  – RCREEE,  the Egyptian Holding  Company  for  Water  and  Waste water (HCWW), and in the Egyptian Oil & Gas Industry.

Herbert Dwyer is a former chair at the US Department of Energy, created the Northeast Clean Heat and Power Initiative (NECHPI), and is a three-time CEO. During his tenure as President/CEO of a regional energy services company, he conducted over 300 energy audits and design-builds in energy efficiency and clean heating and cooling; the frustrating experiences with an inefficient energy auditing process led him to co-found EMPEQ.
