AEE Launches New Mentorship Program

The Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) is proud to announce the newest member benefit: a mentorship program demonstrating AEE’s commitment to putting people first and investing in the future of energy and sustainability. Mentorship Program Overview:

For Mentees:

To qualify as a mentee, individuals must:

•          AEE Membership: Be an active AEE member.

•          Age Requirement: Be a Young Professional under the age of 30.

•          Field of Interest: Pursuing a degree or career in the energy efficiency or sustainability fields.

For Mentors:

Mentors are expected to meet the following criteria:

•          AEE Membership: Hold active AEE membership for at least 3 years.

•          Industry Experience: 15 or more years of experience in the energy and sustainability sector.

•          Certification: Preferably hold an AEE Certification.

•          Leadership/Management: Demonstrate leadership or management training within the industry.
