\u505a\u4ec0\u4e48\uff1f\t<\/h3>\n\t<p>\u80fd\u6e90\u5ba1\u8ba1\u5458\u5bf9\u5927\u578b\u5efa\u7b51\u548c\u5de5\u4e1a\u8bbe\u65bd\u8fdb\u884c\u80fd\u6e90\u6548\u7387\u8bc4\u4f30\u3002\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u5ba1\u8ba1\u6db5\u76d6\u5efa\u7b51\u7cfb\u7edf\u3001\u5360\u7528\u7387\u3001\u8fd0\u8425\u3001\u7ef4\u62a4\u548c\u89c4\u8303\u5408\u89c4\u6027\u3002\u5ba1\u8ba1\u5e08\u65e8\u5728\u4e3a\u5176\u5ba2\u6237\u63d0\u4f9b\u8be6\u7ec6\u7684\u8c03\u67e5\u7ed3\u679c\u3001\u98ce\u9669\u7f13\u89e3\u5206\u6790\u3001\u5b9e\u65bd\u8ba1\u5212\u548c\u6700\u7ec8\u6295\u8d44\u7ea7\u522b\u5206\u6790\u3002\u8bb8\u591a\u5ba1\u6838\u5458\u6309\u7167\u9884\u5b9a\u4e49\u7684\u89c4\u8303\u548c\u6807\u51c6\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u5546\u4e1a\u5efa\u7b51\u80fd\u6e90\u5ba1\u6838\u7684 ASHRAE \u6807\u51c6 211-2018\u3002<\/p>\n<h4>\n\t\t\t\u77e5\u8bc6\u4f53\u7cfb\t<\/h4>\n\t<ul>\n<li>\u5236\u5b9a\u80fd\u6e90\u5ba1\u8ba1\u6218\u7565\u548c\u8ba1\u5212<\/li>\n<li>\u80fd\u6e90\u4f7f\u7528\u5206\u6790<\/li>\n<li>\u6570\u636e\u6536\u96c6\u4e0e\u5206\u6790<\/li>\n<li>\u7ecf\u6d4e\u5206\u6790<\/li>\n<li>\u7167\u660e\u7cfb\u7edf<\/li>\n<li>\u4f9b\u6696\u3001\u901a\u98ce\u548c\u7a7a\u8c03\u7cfb\u7edf<\/li>\n<li>\u5bb6\u7528\u70ed\u6c34\u7cfb\u7edf<\/li>\n<li>\u7535\u673a\u3001\u9a71\u52a8\u5668\u548c\u538b\u7f29\u7a7a\u6c14\u7cfb\u7edf<\/li>\n<li>\u5efa\u7b51\u56f4\u62a4\u7ed3\u6784<\/li>\n<li>BAS\u3001PAS href=\"https:\/\/www.ansi.org\/Accreditation\/credentialing\/personnel-certification\/AllDirectoryDetails?&amp;prgID=201&amp;OrgId=1950&amp;statusID=4\">American National Standards Institute (ANSI) National Accreditation Board<\/a>\u00a0\u57fa\u4e8e\u56fd\u9645\u6807\u51c6 ANSI\/ISO\/IEC 17024\u3002ANSI \u6807\u51c6 17024 \u88ab\u4e1a\u754c\u516c\u8ba4\u4e3a\u4eba\u5458\u8ba4\u8bc1\u8ba4\u53ef\u7684\u6700\u9ad8\u6807\u51c6\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>ASHRAE \u6807\u51c6 211<\/strong><br \/>AEE \u7684 CEM \u548c CEA \u8ba4\u8bc1\u7b26\u5408\u80fd\u6e90\u5ba1\u6838\u5458\u7684\u6807\u51c6\uff0c\u5e76\u6709\u8d44\u683c\u5728\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.techstreet.com\/standards\/ashrae-211-2018?product_id=2016437\">ASHRAE \u6807\u51c6 211-2018<\/a>\u00a0\u7528\u4e8e\u5546\u4e1a\u5efa\u7b51\u80fd\u6e90\u5ba1\u8ba1<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u7f8e\u56fd\u80fd\u6e90\u90e8<\/strong><br \/>CEA\u662f\u7b2c\u4e00\u4e2a\u88ab\u8ba4\u53ef\u7684\u9879\u76ee <a href=\"https:\/\/betterbuildingssolutioncenter.energy.gov\/workforce\/participating-certifying-organizations\">\u66f4\u597d\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u52b3\u52a8\u529b\u6307\u5357<\/a>.\u7f8e\u56fd\u80fd\u6e90\u90e8 (DOE) \u4e0e\u5546\u4e1a\u80fd\u6e90\u7ee9\u6548\u884c\u4e1a\u5408\u4f5c\u5236\u5b9a\u4e86\u300a\u66f4\u597d\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u52b3\u52a8\u529b\u6307\u5357\u300b\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u8ba4\u8bc1\u9ad8\u6280\u80fd\u52b3\u52a8\u529b\u6765\u52a0\u5f3a\u4e0d\u65ad\u589e\u957f\u7684\u80fd\u6e90\u6548\u7387\u5e02\u573a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u63a8\u8350 AEE \u8ba4\u8bc1\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.pnnl.gov\/main\/publications\/external\/technical_reports\/PNNL-20956.pdf\">\u7f8e\u56fd\u80fd\u6e90\u90e8\u80fd\u6e90\u5ba1\u8ba1\u6307\u5357<\/a>\u00a0\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5728\u5efa\u7b51\u548c\u5efa\u7b51\u8bbe\u5907\u80fd\u6548\u5347\u7ea7\u9886\u57df\u5177\u6709\u4e13\u4e1a\u77e5\u8bc6\u548c\u7ecf\u9a8c\u7684\u987e\u95ee\u548c\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u8d44\u683c\u8981\u6c42 (RFQ) \u8981\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\nAEE&#8217;s Certified Energy Auditor (CEA) certification has been recognized by the U.S. Department of Energy as <a href=\"https:\/\/bsesc.energy.gov\/recognition\/energy-assessment-programs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">&#8220;Energy Skilled&#8221;<\/a> in the category of Home Energy Audit &#8211; Multifamily.\n<strong>\u7f8e\u56fd\u519c\u4e1a\u90e8<\/strong><br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nrcs.usda.gov\/programs-initiatives\/on-farm-energy-initiative\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u73af\u5883\u8d28\u91cf\u6fc0\u52b1\u8ba1\u5212\u519c\u573a\u80fd\u6e90\u5021\u8bae\u00a0<\/a>\u80fd\u6e90\u5ba1\u8ba1 \u8981\u6c42\u80fd\u6e90\u5ba1\u8ba1\u7531 NRCS \u8ba4\u8bc1\u7684\u6280\u672f\u670d\u52a1\u63d0\u4f9b\u5546\u5b8c\u6210\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u5177\u5907 CEM \u6216 CEA \u8d44\u683c\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\n<p><strong>\u5eb7\u6d85\u72c4\u683c<\/strong><br \/>CEA \u8ba4\u53ef <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cpace.com\/Building-Owner\/What-is-C-PACE\/\">\u5eb7\u6d85\u72c4\u683c\u5dde\u8d22\u4ea7\u8bc4\u4f30\u6e05\u6d01\u80fd\u6e90 (C-PACE)<\/a>\u00a0\u4f5c\u4e3a\u53ef\u63a5\u53d7\u7684\u627f\u5305\u5546\u8d44\u683c<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u7ebd\u7ea6<\/strong><br \/>CEA \u88ab\u516c\u8ba4\u4e3a\u7b26\u5408\u8d44\u683c\u7684\u5ba1\u6838\u5458\u7684\u5408\u683c\u56e2\u961f\u6210\u5458\u6807\u51c6\u00a0<a title=\"https:\/\/www.nyc.gov\/assets\/buildings\/pdf\/ll87of2009_audits_and_retro-commissioning.pdf\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nyc.gov\/assets\/buildings\/pdf\/ll87of2009_audits_and_retro-commissioning.pdf\">\u5546\u4e1a\u5efa\u7b51\u80fd\u6e90\u5ba1\u8ba1\u548c\u5efa\u7b51\u8c03\u8bd5\u7acb\u6cd5<\/a>. CEA \u662f\u7ecf\u6279\u51c6\u7684\u5ba1\u8ba1\u8bc1\u4e66\u00a0<a title=\"https:\/\/www.nyc.gov\/assets\/buildings\/rules\/1_RCNY_103-07_prom_details_date_080419.pdf\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nyc.gov\/assets\/buildings\/rules\/1_RCNY_103-07_prom_details_date_080419.pdf\">\u5730\u65b9\u6cd5 87<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u6ce2\u58eb\u987f\u5e02<\/strong><br \/>CEM, CEA, CMVP, CBCP, 50001 CP, SEP PV, and EBCP are approved credentials for complying with the <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1bTCjWuJzL-kfmM_nA_sIo9fm5BU5vwihdtbaq8OB3iU\/edit?tab=t.0#heading=h.tnbc48cs8v3v\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Building Emissions Reduction and Disclosure Ordinance (BERDO 2.0)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u5fb7\u514b\u8428\u65af\u5dde<\/strong><br \/>CEA \u662f\u6240\u9700\u7684\u72ec\u7acb\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\u5ba1\u6838\u5458 (ITPR) \u5ba1\u6838\u7684\u53ef\u63a5\u53d7\u51ed\u8bc1\u4e4b\u4e00 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.texaspaceauthority.org\/resources\/faqs\/contractor-faq\/\">\u5fb7\u514b\u8428\u65af\u5dde\u4f69\u65af\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\u8d22\u4ea7\u8bc4\u4f30\u6e05\u6d01\u80fd\u6e90 (PACE) \u8ba1\u5212<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u534e\u76db\u987f<br \/><\/strong>Washington CEAs qualify to perform audits in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Audit Incentive for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commerce.wa.gov\/cbps\/energy-audit-incentive-program\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Public Buildings Program and the Clean Building Performance Standard.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u4f50\u6cbb\u4e9a\u5dde\u4e9a\u7279\u5170\u5927\u5e02<\/strong><br \/>CEA \u662f\u5728 <a href=\"https:\/\/atlantabuildingbenchmarking.com\/choosing-an-energy-auditor\/\">\u4e9a\u7279\u5170\u5927\u5e02\u5546\u4e1a\u5efa\u7b51\u6761\u4f8b<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u9a6c\u91cc\u5170\u5dde\u8499\u54e5\u9a6c\u5229\u53bf<\/strong><br \/>CEA \u662f\u53ef\u63a5\u53d7\u7684\u9a8c\u8bc1\u51ed\u8bc1 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.montgomerycountymd.gov\/green\/energy\/benchmarking-compliance.html#collapse3\">\u9a6c\u91cc\u5170\u5dde\u8499\u54e5\u9a6c\u5229\u53bf\u7684\u57fa\u51c6\u9879\u76ee<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u52a0\u5229\u798f\u5c3c\u4e9a\u5dde\u5723\u4f55\u585e\u5e02<\/strong><br \/>\u8fd9\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/library.municode.com\/ca\/san_jose\/codes\/code_of_ordinances?nodeId=TIT17BUCO_CH17.85CISAJOENWABUPEOR\">\u5723\u4f55\u585e\u5e02\u80fd\u6e90\u548c\u6c34\u5efa\u7b51\u7ee9\u6548\u6761\u4f8b<\/a>\u00a0\u8981\u6c42\u5723\u4f55\u585e\u5e02\u62e5\u6709\u7684\u9762\u79ef\u4e3a 15,000 \u5e73\u65b9\u82f1\u5c3a\u6216\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u7269\u6216\u9762\u79ef\u4e3a 20,000 \u5e73\u65b9\u82f1\u5c3a\u6216\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7684\u79c1\u4eba\u4f4f\u5b85\u548c\u975e\u4f4f\u5b85\u5efa\u7b51\u63d0\u4f9b\u5e74\u5ea6\u80fd\u6e90\u548c\u6c34\u8d44\u6e90\u57fa\u51c6\u62a5\u544a\u3002 AEE \u7684\u8ba4\u8bc1\u80fd\u6e90\u7ecf\u7406 (CEM)\u3001\u8ba4\u8bc1\u80fd\u6e90\u5ba1\u8ba1\u5e08 (CEA)\u3001\u8ba4\u8bc1\u5efa\u7b51\u8c03\u8bd5\u4e13\u5bb6 (CBCP) \u548c\u8ba4\u8bc1\u73b0\u6709\u5efa\u7b51\u8c03\u8bd5\u4e13\u5bb6 (EBCP) \u6709\u8d44\u683c\u6839\u636e\u6761\u4f8b\u6267\u884c\u8fd9\u9879\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ieso.ca\/\"><strong>\u4f0a\u7d22<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0CEA \u5728\u5176\u5efa\u7b51\u7cfb\u7edf\u5ba1\u6838\u6fc0\u52b1\u8ba1\u5212\u4e2d\u88ab\u516c\u8ba4\u4e3a\u5408\u683c\u8ba4\u8bc1\u3002<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\u4e1c\u6b27\u548c\u4e2d\u6b27\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>\u5e0c\u814a<\/strong><br \/>CEA \u83b7\u5f97\u7231\u5c14\u5170\u653f\u5e9c\u8ba4\u53ef\uff0c\u7b26\u5408\u7231\u5c14\u5170\u6cd5\u89c4 SI426 \u7684\u884c\u4e1a\u8d44\u683c\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u4ee5\u6267\u884c\u6b27\u76df\u80fd\u6e90\u6548\u7387\u6307\u4ee4 (2012\/27\/EU) \u7b2c 8 (4-6) (2012\/27\/EU)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ENAC<\/strong><br \/>\u897f\u73ed\u7259\u80fd\u6e90\u5de5\u7a0b\u5e08\u534f\u4f1a CEM \u548c CEA \u8ba4\u8bc1\u8ba1\u5212\u83b7\u5f97\u4e86\u4ee5\u4e0b\u673a\u6784\u7684\u8ba4\u53ef <a href=\"https:\/\/www.enac.es\/documents\/7020\/ae3fa949-7191-4ac9-978d-6323d60c6cce\">Entidad Nacional de Acreditaci\u00f3n (ENAC)<\/a> \u57fa\u4e8e\u56fd\u9645\u6807\u51c6 UNE-IN\/ISO\/IEC 17024\u3002ENAC \u662f\u653f\u5e9c\u6307\u5b9a\u7684\u673a\u6784\uff0c\u4f5c\u4e3a\u552f\u4e00\u7684\u56fd\u5bb6\u8ba4\u8bc1\u673a\u6784\u5728\u897f\u73ed\u7259\u5f00\u5c55\u4e1a\u52a1\uff0c\u6839\u636e\u6cd5\u89c4 \u5728\u6b27\u6d32\u3002<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\u4e2d\u4e1c\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>\u9ece\u5df4\u5ae9 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>ESCO \u8981\u83b7\u5f97\u6279\u51c6 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.icu.it\/progetti\/reestart-renewable-energy-and-energy-efficiency-for-sustainable-growth\/\">ICU (Istituto per la Cooperazione Universitaria)<\/a> \u5728\u9ece\u5df4\u5ae9\uff0c\u5176\u4e00\u540d\u6216\u591a\u540d\u5168\u804c\u5458\u5de5\u5e94\u6301\u6709\u4ee5\u4e0b\u8bc1\u4e66\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u8ba4\u8bc1\u80fd\u6e90\u7ecf\u7406 (CEM) (PCF)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u80fd\u6e90\u670d\u52a1\u516c\u53f8\u4e0d\u6ee1\u8db3\u4e0a\u8ff0\u8d44\u683c\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u80fd\u6e90\u670d\u52a1\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u6279\u51c6\u5c06\u88ab\u64a4\u9500\u6216\u6682\u505c\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u6c99\u7279\u963f\u62c9\u4f2f\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>CEM\u3001CEA \u548c CMVP \u8ba4\u8bc1\u73b0\u5728\u662f\u6c99\u7279\u963f\u62c9\u4f2f\u738b\u56fd\u80fd\u6e90\u6548\u7387\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u8bb8\u53ef\u8981\u6c42\u3002 <a \u65e5\u8d77\uff0c\u4e34\u65f6\u8ba4\u8bc1\u7684\u65b0\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u9664\u4e86\u9700\u8981 CEM \u6216 CEA \u5916\uff0c\u8fd8\u9700\u8981 CMVP\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\u6492\u54c8\u62c9\u4ee5\u5357\u975e\u6d32\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>\u5357\u975e<\/strong><br \/><a \u5b66\u5206\u3002<\/p>\nAEE has been approved as a certification body for energy auditors under the <a href=\"https:\/\/eemo.govmu.org\/Pages\/Legislation\/Energy%20Efficiency%20%28Registration%20of%20Energy%20Auditors%29%20Regulations%202016%20consolidated%2010072023.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Energy Efficiency Act<\/a>\n<p><strong>\u80af\u5c3c\u4e9a<\/strong>\u00a0<br \/>\u80af\u5c3c\u4e9a\u80fd\u6e90\u7ba1\u7406\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\uff0c\u6839\u636e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.epra.go.ke\/download\/the-energy-energy-management-regulations-2012\/\">2012 \u5e74\u80fd\u6e90\u6cd5\u6848<\/a>\uff0c\u5df2\u6839\u636e\u9644\u8868 5\uff08\u7b2c 10 \u9875\uff09\u8ba4\u53ef AEE \u7684\u8ba4\u8bc1\u80fd\u6e90\u7ecf\u7406 (CEM)
