North Texas AEE Chapter Visits Toyota Headquarters

In February of 2018, the Toyota’s North American Headquarters Energy Manager invited members of North Texas Association of Energy Engineers to tour their newly constructed lead platinum facility.  The Toyota Headquarters is a state of the art facility designed with flexible work areas with natural lighting designed to enhance the productivity and creativity of the employees.  The 8.79 MW Solar covered parking garage, and the 400,0000 gallon rain harvesting system, along with green walls and spaces, were just a few of the state of the art design components of this facility.  Our members enjoyed the tour and were grateful for the opportunity to learn the details of this facility.
