About the Panel:
John Petze has over 40 years of experience in automation, energy management, and IoT, holding senior positions at various hardware and software manufacturers. He co-founded SkyFoundry, creators of the SkySpark™ analytics platform, and previously served as President & CEO of Tridium and VP of Product Development at Andover Controls. Additionally, John was the Executive Director of Project-Haystack.org, focusing on standards to enhance the usability of device data for software applications.
Hassan Younes is the Co-CEO & Founder of Grfn, a leading multi-disciplinary design, district cooling, energy efficiency, and sustainability consultancy. With 18+ years of experience, he specializes in build environment design, energy efficiency, district cooling, project management, and advisory services. Hassan is a trainer for ASHRAE, the Association of Energy Engineers, and sits on multiple committees with both entities.
Pierre Langlois is President of Econoler, a renowned international consulting firm in the Energy field. He also acts as the President of the SOFIAC, the biggest Super ESCO in Canada and France. He is a recognized reference in M&V, having been on the board of the Efficiency Valuation Organization for 17 years (and acting vice chairman and chairman for nine years), where he has been one of its first international trainers. He currently serves as the co-chairman of the Global ESCO Network. His 35 years of experience covers more than 60 countries.
Steve Kromer P.E, CMVP, is an Energy Engineer based in Berkeley, CA. He has been involved in Measurement and Verification and building energy monitoring for his entire career, and he’s still learning.
