Lean on energy auditing experts with more than 35 years of experience conducting energy audits on a full range of facilities. This webinar’s panelists are a trio of experts in workforce initiatives and energy auditing. Colin Spady, Rich Costello, and Fred Goldner will provide a brief presentation on energy auditing, Certified Energy Auditor certification and training opportunities, and the corresponding workforce initiatives. These experts are here to help you — ask your questions, and they’ll share their recommendations and similar situations they’ve experienced.

Colin Spady joined AEE in January 2023 to lead U.S. Business Development efforts. Colin brings 8 years of energy sustainability experience, most recently with Johnson Controls Performance Infrastructure team. In his current role as Director of Business Development at AEE, Colin focuses on advancing the growth of AEE by working with local, state, and federal offices and agencies to develop and support workforce initiatives required to meet energy goals.

Rich Costello is the President of Acela Energy Group, an energy consulting group specializing in energy procurement, load management, energy conservation training, auditing, and on-site wind & solar generation projects. Rich is a former President of AEE, and has decades of experience in the fields of load management, utility services, energy conservation, power, natural gas, and tariff related negotiations and agreements.

Fred Goldner is the President of Energy Management & Research Associates and is a nationally recognized expert in the field of energy auditing and management with over 30 years of experience. Fred is a former President of AEE, and is currently involved in a wide variety of projects, including facility audits, use analyses, research, and energy master planning and program design. Fred has led audits and audit teams for hundreds of facilities totaling tens of millions of square feet.
