Jhansi Kandasamy of The Nuclear Company, and the former director of DOE’s Idaho National Lab Net Zero Program, will lead a panel discussion of experts presenting America’s reinvestment of grid-scale nuclear technology to meet the demand of America’s economy in the 21st century.
About the Presenter:
Jhansi Kandasamy is the Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at The Nuclear Company and was previously director of the Idaho National Laboratory’s Net-Zero program. With 30 years of experience, she has held significant roles, including Executive Vice President of Engineering at GE-Hitachi and various engineering and management positions at Exelon and PSEG. Kandasamy is also a certified Senior Reactor Operator and has been actively involved in mentoring women in the nuclear industry through organizations like US Women in Nuclear. She holds an MBA from Eastern University and a BS in electrical engineering from Pennsylvania State University.
