These special workshops will provide an exciting benefit and strong incentive to bring additional attendees to the 2009 show floor (and to your booth) by providing them with details on specific ways new products are being successfully applied in real world settings. Two workshop presentation areas will be located in the exhibit hall, near the attendee luncheon area. To promote the workshops, AEE will conduct a marketing campaign exclusively designed to build show attendance, and to invite potential attendees to the workshop presentations. The workshops, to be conducted by selected WEEC exhibitors, are intended to be non-commercial / non-political in nature, and targeted to showcase success stories, applications, problem solving, technology integration, and retrofit/new construction considerations. The workshops are distinctly different from the fee-based WEEC conference, and will be offered at no charge to exhibits-only visitors, conference attendees, invited end users, as well as exhibitor-invited guests. (To review a sample listing of 2008 WEEC exhibit hall workshops, CLICK HERE.) Exhibitors whose proposed presentations are selected will also be encouraged to invite their key customers and prospective clients to the VIP reserved seating area in the workshop presentation area.
