JON R. HAVILAND, P.E., C.E.M., is Assistant Vice
President of Engineering for Marx/Okubo & Associates,
where he is involved in evaluating mechanical
and electrical systems in a variety of facilities. He has
more than 20 years experience in facility engineering
and management in commercial, institutional, and
industrial facilities, as well as six years experience as
a consultant, primarily working with existing facilities.
He is a member of AEE and ASHRAE, and served as
AEE President in 1985.
