JOHN FETTERS, C.E.M., C.L.E.P., is a lighting consultant and president of Effective Lighting Solutions, Inc. Columbus, OH. Mr. Fetters is a senior member of the Association of Energy Engineers and chairs AEE's Certified Lighting Efficiency Board. He was inducted into the AEE Hall of Fame in 1998. He is a member of the Illuminating Engineering Society (IESNA), serves on that society's Industrial Lighting Committee, and is past president of the Buckeye Section. He has lectured and is widely published in the lighting field.

STAN WALERCZYK, L.C., C.L.E.P., principal of Lighting Wizards, Inc., has 16 years of lighting design, consultation, third party review, and turnkey retrofit experience involving over 400 projects, including schools, hospitals, office buildings, historic commercial buildings, retail stores, factories, warehouses, parking facilities, and multifamily dwellings. He is a member of the IESNA Energy Management Committee and past chair of the Lighting Retrofit Subcommittee. He is widely published in major lighting and energy trade journals, such as the IESNA LD+A and Energy User News and has made presentations at LightFair International, the World Energy Engineering Congress, and over 100 utility sponsored seminars.
