The AOC completed three Energy Savings Performance Contracts  (ESPC) for the House, Senate and Capitol buildings. Together, these performance improvements accounted for more than half of the AOC’s FY13 energy reduction achievement. The Capitol Building Project is expected to reduce energy consumption by 27 percent and will generate approximately $2.1 million in annual energy savings.  Understanding energy savings and costs are important factors in executing a successful ESPC project.  The tour provides an opportunity for participants to learn more about the AOC's program through project insights and updates on future initiatives. This tour is open to the first 50 registrants. Click here for more information.
