ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

H2 Ecodesign grew out of Holley Henderson's passion for the Sustainable Consulting field.  H2 Ecodesign has managed nearly 3.5 million sqaure feet of successful green buildings around the world including several "firsts" including the first LEED-CI project in China and the first LEED project in Thailand.  Another original, is the first Platinum Spa - Natural Body Spa & Shoppe in Atlanta, Georgia.  H2 Ecodesign is also engaged in the pilot LEED Volume Portfolio Program with two owners - Wells Fargo / Wachovia and Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market (subsidiary of Tesco) facilitating their national building portfolios.  As the most recent National USGBC LEED-CI Core Committee Chair, she participated in the LEED Steering Committee and Management Subcommittee.  She was National USGBC LEED Faculty from 2004-2008.  Holley served as the 2007-2009 National IIDA Sustainable Forum Advisory.  In 2009, Holley was appointed to the National USGBC Market Advisory Committee.  Most recent, in 2010, Holley has been elected to both the USGBC Greenbuild International Forum Working Group and the National USGBC Education Development and Training Committee.  A frequent speaker on Sustainable Design issues, Holley has presented to groups including Greenbuild International Conference and Expo, IFMA World Workplace, CBRE World Conference and hundreds of professional organization trainings for AIA / ASID / IIDA / USGBC.
